Slowly and agonizingly counting the pounds I am gaining for the past 2 months of no running, no cardio and no gym time :O( ...
Yes. I lost almost 20 lbs in a month during the last elections, but if your body suddenly becomes used to running at least 10 kilometers a day, everyday, for 2 years ... then walking around one whole bararangay for 3 hours does not seem to be that kind of "cardio" that your body needed to maintain (or lose) weight. Sigh.
It has been so long since I last ran a race, and probably even longer since I last trained at the Ultra track. Now I feel heavy and sluggish.
If only I know where I could get extra energy to at least squeeze in a 'lil bit of running together with working and campaigning .... hhhmmmmmm.... any ideas???
